In order to maintain Trett Consulting’s position
as one of the country’s leading providers of Adjudication Services,
we have established a group internally known as the Adjudication Forum
to ensure that developments and trends in the field of adjudication are
utilised to the best advantage of our clients.
The Adjudication Forum consists of representatives from each of our
offices all of whom have personal experience of adjudication either as
advisor’s, dispute managers or adjudicators. It is the remit of
the Adjudication Forum to provide a facility for the communication, discussion
and actioning of issues associated with Adjudication so as to provide
to our client’s an experience driven service with a standardisation
of approach backed by the knowledge of developments in the field of Adjudication.
The Adjudication Forum is also a focal point internally at Trett Consulting
for any staff member to seek a practical and speedy response to matters
arising in the adjudication process whether, jurisdictional, procedural
or legal. This provides a form of Continuing Professional Development
for staff members and Adjudication Forum members alike and ensures that
Adjudication Forum members maintain and expand their knowledge and experience.
